Before you write about an order

Including your order number saves a round trip. If something arrived damaged, attach a photo and we will sort it without asking you to return it at your own cost.

Sizing questions are welcome

Every listing carries the real dimensions in inches, but if you are unsure whether something suits the space, tell us the wall width and we will tell you honestly whether it will look right. We would rather talk you out of the wrong piece than process a return.

Free shipping on every order, shipped from within the United States. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. You will get tracking once your parcel is on its way.
